Surviving Mondays – Politics and First Aid

Today I go on a little rant about how (I think) politics and prepping go hand in hand. Most of the things that we are preparing for are caused by bad political decisions, wasteful spending and a government that has become completely out of control. We all know that the current system is unsustainable, but the question is can we turn it around?

I personally think we are in too deep and there are far too many pieces of this puzzle to restart without some major problems. Because of that I think we are putting off the inevitable until there is nothing left to do but accept our fate.

First Aid Course

Lisa and I are putting together a first aid course at the academy that will go over everything from why first aid is important, to what supplies you need and what they do.

I played some audio in this podcast from the first video we did for the course about vital signs and why first aid is important. We are going to try and make sure and add as much to this course as we can to make sure it teaches everything possible about first aid.
