Podcast LogoPreparing Physically for any kind of disaster is just as important as having a fully stocked bug out bag, I we are not physically fit enough to handle the situations that could arise in a post collapse situation we probably won’t last very long.

Not only will being physically fit help us now, it will help us in the future. We don’t need to go to the gym twice a week and get “buff” so to speak, but we do need to be able to handle real work. As a society we have become unaccustomed to physical labor because of technology.

Today in the show we go over how to get back to the way people did things in the past, not because Walmart ran out of food, because there was no Walmart and if they wanted to eat they had to grow it themselves.

Survival and being prepared should not only be a passion, it should be a lifestyle. The definition of a prepper is "An individual or group that prepares or makes preparations in advance of, or prior to, any change in normal circumstances, without substantial resources from outside sources" Like the Government, police etc. I don't believe that the end of the world will be the "end of the world" I believe it will be the end of the world as we know it now.
