Here is the transcript of the video:

Welcome to The Survivalist Prepper Academy where learning to prepare is preparing to survive. As they say “it takes a village” and that is why Lisa and I put together this great community of like minded people.

Most people think that preppers are overreacting extremists, but you just can’t put all preppers into one category. I personally think we have a better grasp on reality than these people.

These people are usualy the ones their heads buried in the sand and don’t want to look at the very real situations we face every day. Or sometimes they just don’t know any better and they can’t fathom the thought that the power grid could go down or someday the grocery store down the street might be empty. We want to help break that stereotype.

The truth is preppers are average everyday people, we just choose to see the bigger picture. We choose to take our lives into our own hands.

Preppers come from every walk of life. Some of us live in rural areas, some of us live in urban areas, some of us have large families and some of us are going it alone.

And the jobs we have could range from being a doctor or serving in the military to someone working in fast food just to make the ends meet. So really the one thing we have in common is that we just want to be ready and prepared for everything.

Lisa and I created Survivalist Prepper and The Survivalist Prepper Academy because as preppers ourselves Lisa and I know how hard prepping can be.

With the amount of information out there, most good and some bad it sometimes seems like there is so much to do with so little time to do it. Our world could be turned upside down tomorrow for all we know.

We also know prepping on a budget can be hard so we put everything together in one package to help save time looking for the right information and save money buying things you don’t need or aren’t the quality product you were told they were.

So why do we feel is prepping so important? With everything seemingly getting worse as the weeks go on we cannot afford to take our survival for granted any longer.

Most American have closed eyes to the problems that are staring them right in the face, Most Americans don’t know what true poverty is and would have no clue how to survive without the governments assistance.

The reason we all prepare is simple, when the lights go out for good, and the shelves at Wal-Mart are empty we need to be prepared to survive.

Even if none of this happens or even if it happens on a smaller scale we will be better prepared to survive any personal doomsdays that happen in our life.

You’re not going to hear me say that this could save your life and you need to buy this now. This is just a tactic some people use to get you to buy their product before you have a chance to think about it.

Here’s another tactic, you’ve probably seen this right? We’re going to give you a deal you can’t pass up. The reason they can do this is because these products are already overpriced so that deal your getting is not a deal at all.

The truth is you are going to be just fine. If you’ve made it this long I think you’re going to be ok. These tactics just prey on your fears and get you to buy while you are vulnerable.

So like I said, you will be fine as long as you take your future in your hands and learn how to be more self-sufficient. There is so much information out there and it can’t possibly be contained in one book that will “save your life” What we’re doing here is just putting everything together in one place to make it a little easier to learn and be surrounded with likeminded people.

The Survivalist Prepper Academy is not only a learning tool, but it is a place to talk to other preppers and survivalists with the same ideals you have. If you have a question, you can find the answer on the Facebook group or the forums.

The most important tool we have is sitting on our shoulders. By learning and teaching each other we become more self-sufficient and prepared to face any problem that will arise in the future.

With the Facebook group and the private forums we all have the opportunity to do just that, to learn and teach each other and learn new prepping and survival skills. And with all the information out there it they are a great place to get pointed in the right direction.

Because there seems to be so much that we need from long term food storage to bug out bags and all the supplies to go in them members of the Survivalist Prepper Academy will get access to products at wholesale prices. These prices alone are worth the membership fee.

We also run monthly contests and giveaways for members because who doesn’t like free stuff right? Once a month is more of the minimum I guess, because we usually run a lot more than that. Along with the contests we have a list of resources and links to free stuff and some of the best information around the internet.

We also have two books that are available to members and we plan on writing more in the future. Mine is called Ready For It All

And Lisa has a book series called Prepping A to Z, it’s actually a series of books because it is way too much information for one book.

At the time of this video we are in the process of putting together a few courses to help anyone just getting into the prepper community work their way up to becoming a seasoned prepper a little quicker. These might be done now, but if they are not, you can look forward to them in the future.

Because we don’t like the scare tactics and hard selling that seems to be everywhere today we offer a 7 day free trial and a money back guarantee. Our goal is to help people and open up people’s minds about the importance of being prepared, not to become millionaires, we truly want to help others become more aware and more prepared for what might come their way in the future.

Thanks for your time and take care.

Survival and being prepared should not only be a passion, it should be a lifestyle. The definition of a prepper is "An individual or group that prepares or makes preparations in advance of, or prior to, any change in normal circumstances, without substantial resources from outside sources" Like the Government, police etc. I don't believe that the end of the world will be the "end of the world" I believe it will be the end of the world as we know it now.
